I have been trying to contact the home bank branch in Baton Rouge for two months and whenever I get through the phone hangs up . I have sent my payment a few weeks ago and they have told me they haven't received it. When I talk to the branch manager over the Baton Rouge she always has an attitude towards me and I feel very let down and like she is targeting me. The number I call is XXX-XXX-XXXX, I really need someone to contact me so I can explain what's going on. Someone that is over the branch manager like the director or above. My bill is currently past due because of this issue and it's getting me depressed, I'm trying to avoid getting a lawyer Thanks for your understandingBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/23) */ I spoke with Mr. ******** today in reference to his payment for December. The payment was received by Home Bank and has been credited to his outstanding loan balance. Mr. ******** said he will take his payments into the nearest branch in the future to prevent late payments.
