We had our roof and soffit replaced with this company. The soffit was never fully finished because when installed we were unable to fully open our front and back doors. Due to the fact that when the soffit was fully installed we were unable to open our doors, the company removed portions of the new soffit and just left it unfinished. We were told that they had never run into this type of problem before and therefore didn't know how to fix it. We were told multiple times over the span of several months that they would send someone out to look at it, in hopes of finding a solution. They never sent anyone, despite my many phone calls and them repeatedly saying someone would be out. The roof was installed in July and that following December we ended up with mold inside our home which was believed to be due to improper ventilation of the soffit. This was also never remedied despite my many phone calls and their many assurances that they would send someone out. Their work is said to have a 5 year warranty on labor but in spite of that they still refuse to fix their mistakes and sub-par work.
