Price quoted over phone was over $150 less than what was invoiced. The owner Fred did not disclose that I would be charged a truck service fee, miscellaneous parts, toilet seat. I asked if I could get a discount if I paid cash and he said he would in return, he increased the pricing to get price he wanted. The repair guy said he was there for 1 hour when he left, I asked specifically. Fred was charging me for 1.5 hours of service and changed figures multiple times while we were on the phone. April 24th about 8:10 *** ****** called and asked about the price. of a new water closet install. I offered her an ******** ******** ***** *** for Two Hundred and Eighty dollars plus parts and labor. Final price between Four Hundred and Fifty and Five Hundred dollars.
She then asked if she could get a ******. I also keep a ****** in stock for Three hundred Dollars but I would give it to her for the Two Eighty. She asked if she could get a discount if she paid cash. I told her I would give her 4% because that is what a credit card charge cost me. She said that was too much and had someone else to do it cheaper. I wished her a good day.
Less than five minutes later she call back and wanted to have it done. My man loaded the water closet and was out o the shop between 8:30 and 8:32.

If you see anything that is out of line except for the fact that I added the final total wrong let me know.
When I called her yesterday I told her I would take $450.00. She said to send her the invoice. It is now in the mail she has not seen it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I paid Fred today 4/27/2023 at his home - I paid him $450 in cash today and that makes the invoice paid in full. Everything is fine now.
