Shady business when it comes to money. I have been twice and had issues both times. The first time the lost my credit card after they charged it. The second they tried taking gift cards from me. Be careful when paying.

This establishment took money off my card and took money for a tip I didn’t authorize. The establishment said I would not be charged for both transactions and I would be charged for 1 in the amount of 73.91 The next morning the establishment charges me 51.28 addition 6.35 tip I did not leave. I have contacts this establishment 3 times and the general Managers have been no help! They let lie and steal i want all my money back

We arrived late afternoon. Party of 7. The parking lot was only half full so we thought we could get in pretty quick. The host informed us we would have to wait 25 min for more staff to show up. We agreed. We sat in the lobby. Several people we seated while we waited. Parties of 2 to 4 people. Tbe 25 min wait came another lady came in said she had a party of 8. She asked for a certain waitress. The waitress came in and told hom to seat the party of 8. I was not happy. The waiter told me we had to wait for the next waitress and as soon as our table was set. He asked if that was OK and I said as long as we were seated before the party of 8. He then came to us and asked us to wait outside because of covid. We had been sitting there for half an hour by this time. He kept telling me we would be seated but then sent us outside to wait??? I gave him back the beeper and left. I son talked to the manager but was not satisfied with his attitude. What has happened to customer service. I have been a long time customer and have never experienced the rude attitude from the staff. So dissappointed.

If zero stars was possible, this experience would warrant zero stars. After calling ahead to ask if there would be a wait we were told "no." We arrived & were told that with our party of 7 being to large, we would need to wait 25 minutes until another server arrived. We were completely fine with this. While waiting a party of 8 came in & requested a certain waitress. Said waitress appeared & pointed to the paper the host was marking & proceeded to tell the party of 8 they would be seated within minutes. The manager would not help the situation. He stated that they had done no wrong. We had been patient with the situation and we were going to be seated but they had requested her so they were getting her and when the next waiter came in we would get them. Also after waiting for 25 minutes they then informed us we had to wait outside so they could seat the other group while we waited. We will not be back due to poor service by the entire staff. Unless you know someone that works at this location I would warrant not going.
