You might want to train Natalie in the Paducah office a few classes in customer service, Told me to call my State Rep if i didn't like the rules... Are you Serious??? After asking for her supervisor... her response was She's Gonna tell you the same thing... She transferred me and it went to voice mail.... SO I contacted Mr. Smith also went to voice mail. I don't have a issue paying the Dr. bill (which happens to be my Sons whos over 18 BUT UNDER MY PLAN) He's away at school and it was addressed here.... so it went to collection Don't know the Kentucky Laws,,, We just moved here.. She didn't have to jump down my throat... Thats not the way to diffuse a SITUATION. If you don't like your job.. LeaveCredit Bureau Systems, Inc. Response

We regret that Mr. M********** had a negative experience on the phone with our account representative. It is the mission of Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. to comply with all relevant federal and state laws. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, it is a violation of federal law to communicate with the parent of a consumer over the age of majority unless given permission by that consumer. We apologize if that message was not appropriately transmitted to Mr. M**********. I tried to call them to straighten out some issues on my credit score they can refer me to a group who wanted me to pay $119 a month to straighten it out I did not want to do that I just wanted to talk to them but you can't get them to talk to you they just automatically transfer you the second time you call to that company that wants $119 a month had cancer last year if I had money I'd just pay the bills instead of calling them and really nobody has complain against me cuz everything was prepaid but they're allowing prepaid insurance and stuff like that that I know nothing too the falcon complaints against me the whole credit thing is b******* anyway if you don't use it and you got great credit it goes back to zero after a few years didn't used to do that does now and now anybody in file complain against you and you have no say in it and then you got to pay somebody to have a say in it that's b******* ain't we a free f****** countryCredit Bureau Systems, Inc. Mr. ******, we are sorry for the confusion (and your battle with cancer). This is a frequent misconception. Credit Bureau System is not "the credit bureau" where your credit file resides. There are frequent calls to us to discuss credit profiles which we likely do not have access to. As far as referring you to another company there should have been some direction to obtain a free credit report as mandated by government guidelines. Again, we cannot help if you call a company unrelated to us and they attempt to sell you a product like credit monitoring...that is completely independent of Credit Bureau Systems and we have no affiliation or incentive to refer you or anyone else to a credit monitoring company.Review from Michael A

Every time I called for help everyone was super kind and helpful. I had a bill that insurance hadn't paid go to collections, so I paid it. After nearly a year the insurance sent a check to US Credit Bureau. US credit bureau helped me coordinate everything I needed to ensure I get a refund for my payment and the people I spoke to where very kind, looked for ways to help and did so quickly. When I had to leave a voicemail they always called me back. Thank you!Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. Response

I have had a horrible experience with this company- probably the worst I have ever experienced. The company does not provide any communication via phone or email. I have been trying to clear my account for a bill that I never owed- Insurance paid the bill in full. The company has the EOB. The company only followed up on my situation each time that I sent an email. I guess my emails served as reminder notices- that's not very professional. The manager was not helpful at all. We will see if he emails me when this is resolved like he said he would. Talk about wasted hours trying to get this resolved. Never had such horrible service from any type of company. Trying to get in contact with them takes days. Phone rings and then they say leave a message and we will get back in 3 days! If you do get an answer the person is nice but does nothing. Took me 6 months and threat to sue to get my bill fixed. They doubled my bill for no reason. Sad thing is my local Fire department uses this service and they still don't have there money. Finally wanted to pay the bill online, my god I would never leave my credit information on such an unprofessional looking payment portal. Decided to make debit card payment by calling. Customer service rep said there would be a $6 fee. This is illegal to charge a fee to use a credit card! I told them no, I will mail the payment. What a horrible company, why add $6 to a bill, why double the costs of service for no reason, why never have your company follow up with messages from customers? I will stop by my city office and make sure they find a new bill collector! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, very poor service.Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. Response

We regret that Mr. ****** had such a negative experience with our company. There was an insurance billing issue on Mr. ******** account, which we worked with him to resolve. Additionally, the $6 fee is a credit card processing fee not charged by our service. Credit Bureau Systems /Ambulance Medical Billing is a reputable company which has been in business for 69 years, and we do our best to resolve patient inquiries as they come up.
