I recently put a down payment on a vehicle. Since I wasn't going to finance, I couldn't leave. The. Lot. That day because they wanted the vehicle paid in full before it left the lot. After 4 days I decided not to purchase the vehicle. 800 dollars after 4 days I'm being told I'm not going to get my payment back. Even though I never left the lot in it. I can understand a hold fee of maybe 50 a day but that wasn't ever discussed or signed over. And I don't believe I would've got 4200 back if my down payment was 5000. So what I would like is my money back and in return I won't give bad publicity to the business

The down payment was refunded on Saturday March 12th, 2022.

Was sold a 2011 Ford Fusion on oct 2020. Car was not the best shape an dents and scratches on body and stains on the seats. Was told the car had one owner that was an older woman who wanted to trade it in. Car had 98xxx miles on it. Was sold the car and a very inflated price. Total was 13,000 for a car that did not book but for 6,000 at the time. I went to trade the car in so I could get out from underneath it and was informed that the car had been in a wreck before I had bought it and had 3 previous owners.information from carfax. The sales man and the financial manager. Did not disclose any of this information to me. Had I know i would have not bought the car.

      Mr. ******,

According to our records you came into our dealership looking to obtain financing on a mid-size sedan.  We showed you several options.  You test drove and choose to purchase a 2011 Ford Fusion.  You ended up purchasing the vehicle for $10,431.00 Plus tax title and fees.

The vehicle you purchased had a very good history report. The average AutoCheck score, for that vehicle, was 55 to 73.  The Fusion you purchased scored a 65. It had been involved in an accident in July of 2012.  However, no air bag was deployed, nor did it sustain any structural or frame damage.  If you had requested a history report and choose not to purchase this vehicle, we would have ceased the vehicle buying process.  We strive to be upfront and honest with all our customers.

When you left our dealership, you were quite happy with your purchase and your overall experience.  We only became aware you were unhappy when you attempted to trade your Fusion in eight months later.  You were not able to trade due to the amount you still owed the financing institution.  Unfortunately, the Bank that financed your Fusion assessed you a higher-than-average interest rate.  This makes trading in any vehicle quite difficult.

As a dealership, we feel we did everything you requested us to do.  As a matter of fact, we discounted the vehicle to meet the Banks guidelines.  As with every customer we strive

that was some more lies.I was not happy or excited.and I was not show a few vehicles. I was told the Ford Fusion was the only one that I was gonna to be eligible to buy. I actually contacted them about a 2015 Chevy cruise. But was told that I could not get it and just gave me the option to pick between the fusion or a older Toyota Corolla
