I have an email that states I wanted a full survey done but they only did a retracement. A retracement means to mark exactly what's on your deed. They did not do this after talking to my neighbor they changed the degrees here and there which is actually taking feet from my property and giving to neighbor. I my opinion, observation this company will take bribes and payoffs from others so that it will benefit them. The company boss came out and spoke with the neighbor but not us before leaving the neighbor he took a look at the property through a camera or something. I have pics to prove. Why didn't he talk to us just shows they are hiding things. They are incompetent and seems to not know how to do their jobs correctly. They will take your money and measure things the way they want instead of what it is. I didn't get what I paid for. Measurements should be exactly the same when retracing property. Why they change it. The neighbor gave them something to change it. They shouldn't of brought the neighbors deed instead of ours. They went by what he wanted. Looking things up and talking to certain people they are criminal and I need to take care. This business has no morals and dishonest. You will not get what you paid for. Since they only did the retracement I should of only been charged that not the full price of a full survey in which I requested after the surveyors spoke with neighbor while they were supposed to be measuring my property. By them talking and comparing the neighbors deed with mine it makes me wonder what was offered to change measurements. A person should not trust a company as this. The retracement should be exactly what is on my deeds nothing different or changed and that's what I would of got. Since the full survey I asked and paid for which wasn't done should be refunded 1250 dollars which is cost of retracement not the full survey in which I requested I can prove on email. Where surveyor walks out to is where my measurements should be
