This dispute started over a year ago in March of 2021. I had purchased a hot tub from this business in September 2017 with limited use. My hot tub was drained for the winter and in March 2021 I was preparing the hot tub for use in the spring. Upon filing the hot tub, I noticed water leaking from the underside of the hot tub. Once I opened up the side panel, the area where the pump is located was gushing water. I called Taylor Made Pools and made them aware of the needed repairs. They noted they were having supply chain issues and it would be some time before they would be able to get the new pump and have it installed. During the past year, I have called multiple times to get a status update. Every call ended in the same way, they promised to communicate with me regarding the status and would schedule a service call when the said part came in. At no time have I received a call from this company except when I demanded to speak to someone about the needed repairs. Every communication between the parties has been by myself. I have not felt supported by this company with the purchase of my product. Once the initial sale made, the service has been disgraceful. I regret ever making my purchase from this company and would not recommend them to anyone. It is important to note that there is a 3 year warranty on the product, which was still active at the time the initial service request. Now that we are in 2022, I am being told these repairs will not be covered under the warranty. I have a product that I can not use, and want to be compensated by this company to have a reputable hot tub repair company fix what they are unwilling or uncapable of doing for themselves.
