  I paid this business to complete my taxes and have them filed. They have made the process fairly difficult, and I found myself trying to get in contact with them with questions in regards to when my taxes would even be filed for weeks with no response. I emailed, called leaving voice messages, nothing. Finally I got a call from them saying my taxes were done so I paid them for their services in May 2023 and was told they would be filed immediately electronically. It's Sept. 2023, after not receiving my state tax refund I called the state and was told my taxes were never filed. I have called this company several times throughout the past week, have left voicemails, and even spent time out of my day to go to their office personally to find it's closed without a sign stating return.
