My dealings with Primax Compozit Windows have been largely unprofessional from the beginning. I had set an appointment with *****, a salesman in ******** **. I was messaged multiple times as my appointment must've been lost...twice. Then, On September 29, which was the original scheduled meeting time, ***** was 45 min to an hour late. I had called up to the office and texted the number that had texted me with no response. Finally, 45 minutes later, he calls to say whoops, he's running late. He came ill prepared and didn't have some of the paperwork or copies. He told me he would email them; he didn't. That day, he took almost 2K and began asking very personal information that was not required for a cash buyer. I questioned it, but as the questions grew more and more imposing, I refused to answer and asked again why on earth he needed this information. He said he must've been filling out the wrong paper.... He charged my account and went on his way. Another appointment was made for October 14, 2022 to have my windows measured. No one showed up. I emphasized how important it was that they show up that day as I'd be out of pocket for quite a while and if they were to be the ones doing the job, I needed to know it would get done in a timely manner. Not only did nobody showed but I tried contacting the office multiple times. NOTHING. October 17, ***** texts me, saying he wants to come to my home and talk things out and to sign some stuff and see where we would go from there. As a single woman homeowner, I'm disgusted with the business practices and feel they are predatory and haphazard at the least.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Due to a HUGE response from our booth at the *** ** *** *****, we have had some appointments run over as some customers have more questions than others.
Our measure technician had an emergency and was unable to make the appointment set for the remeasure. Our apologies if no one reach out the Ms. ******* to let her know we would have to reschedule.
We look forward to getting this matter resolved with Ms. ******* and moving forward with her contract that was signed on September 29, 2022.

On 2/12/2022 we signed agreement number ****** to purchase and have 10 windows installed. First, the contractor they sent didn't speak or understand English very well. As I'm sure you'll understand this made communication very trying for both of us. Second, one of the windows was broken and one had a flaw in the glass. They had to reorder them and said when they received the replacement windows they would schedule an appointment to install them. About five weeks later since I hadn't heard from them I gave them a call. I was told that they had received the windows but one of them was broke and they would have to reorder it. another five weeks or so go by and they call to say the windows were in and they would let us know when the appointment for the installation would be. The first week of June they called to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation they called to say the tech would be a few hours later than they planned. Then a little later that day they called to say he didn't come in and that they would have to reschedule. As of today, June 30, 2022, three months after the original installation date, we still do not have an appointment for this to get done. Today when I called they said they still hadn't found a replacement for the technician. I was also told since I mentioned the work was supposed have been done in a reasonable amount of time, that as far as they were concerned the job was closed. So, a contractor couldn't install them. That a service tech would have to do it since it was considered a service call. They said contractors only installed new windows at new job sites. My job site was new in March. I don't feel like I should be penalized for something that's not my fault. I can't help it if they've had difficulties. I would think they would take care of the customer they have already taken money from before taking on new ones. This is my advice do NOT purchase from them.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
