    Joe’s Appliance Service-called for a refrigerator repair. He initially showed up on time in while here he acted professional and knowledgeable. He stated he replaced a Freon container and that he needed come back to replace a second part dealing with a water issue. I paid him just under $500 for the Freon repair and he stated there was a one year warranty. The next day after he left, the freezer stopped working altogether I began calling him daily. He would not answer or respond to messages or texts. He ghosted me and left me in a worse spot than I was in originally. When I did get an actual repair man here I found out whatever Joe did had zero to do with the actual problem with the fridge. Completely lied about the problem, took my money, then wouldn’t honor his “warranty” and ghosted me.

    *** from Joe's Appliance Services came to fix our mini fridge that wasn't cooling. He charged $600 and ensured me that there was a 1 year warranty on this replacement. When waking up the next day, the fridge was not cooling so I reached out. I never heard back from him. He responds to texts but continued to ignore all texts, all calls, his voicemail was full, and when finally saying he was on his way, ghosted us and did not come (twice). I am now unable to use the warranty that he guaranteed because of lack of communication.

    on 9/6/2024, over the phone he explained he needed to order a $489 part for my refrigerator. I gave him card info to order the part. here is the transaction.

    I also paid $40 for a part for my dryer that he had performed some work on but need to come back and install that part to finish the repair. a copy of that check has been uploaded.

    On September 4th was asked to pay for part, said part would be in with in a week and he would call and set up appointment when part was in. He never called so I called him on September 11th and left a message I then sent him a text he said part was in and would be to my residence on September 12 from 1-4. He never showed nor called so I sent a message again asking what happened he said he had a late job and be at my residence on September 13th again never showed never called and now not returning text messages nor phone calls

    My home warranty company referred me.
    Appointment made to access issue with my refrigerator in May of 2022.
    My ******* called *** as he was told for update status on part ordered. This went on for 2 weeks with the reply, . The part for the refrigerator was not in.
    Thereafter, *** would not return ours calls From May to July. I called our home warranty company only to find out he didn’t request for the part to be ordered until July 17th.
    Warranty company attempted to make phone calls as well. Since then we’ve been calling warranty companies for updates. See text message images of their updates and dates ( not many because they too had issues getting in contact with ***.
    3 weeks ago our warranty company spoke to ***,, he gave one rep his word he would call us when he completed the job he was on.
    We called him for 2 days straight and left messages again. He never returned our calls.
    Called warranty Co. end of wk 1 , they spoke again with ***, once again he told them he would call us back and schedule appointment for repair. Wk 2 he never called again.end of week 2 we called warranty again. They spoke to *** AGAIN. With him telling them again he would call us this week. It’s Thursday no call No appointment and NO REFRIGERATOR. He told our warranty company that he keeps calling us but we keep playing phone tag. NOT TRUE. I can provide all of incoming calls and out going calls if needed. I will also be filling a complaint with my home warranty company as well. I’m paying for a service and not getting any service for repairs. It’s been 8 months. NO EXCUSE for his lack of customer service and follow ups.

    Joe's appliance service charge my mom 662.00 repair on our refrigerator. We just had a new repair person all that was wrong the rain was clogged. He saw my mom and took advantage of an elderly person

    My warranty company had Joe's appliance to come out about my dishwasher it was leaking they said it was the seal they then took the seal off to be able to order the part and they said that they would contact me within a couple of days and never contacted me I made regular phone calls to Joe's appliance and supposedly talk to *** himself he kept telling me it's on the order it's on order this went on for 6 months I paid them $100 up front then he finally said I never ordered the parts Joe's appliances are ripoff I want my money back do not use Joe's appliance I am surprised he is not been on the local news as a scammer

    Horrible company with horrible communication. Visited my home on 09/15 told me that he wasn't going to call the warranty company because they would want to mail the part and it would take weeks. He told me he could go to the warehouse tomorrow and grab the part then he would be back. Its currently 09/21 and he hasn't returned my phone calls when I try to leave a voicemail it tells me the voicemail box is full. I have been without a fridge for 4 weeks now.
