I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I have received from the Papa John's location at Chimney Rock. This is my third complaint, and regrettably, the issue has yet to be resolved. Firstly, I have experienced consistent rudeness from the staff, particularly the manager. Despite my efforts to address my concerns through proper channels, I have been met with dismissiveness and an utter lack of professionalism. It is unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially when attempting to resolve a legitimate complaint. My initial grievance stemmed from receiving an undercooked chicken pizza. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, the manager chose to argue with me, insisting that the chicken was not frozen. Regardless of the state of the chicken prior to preparation, the fact remains that the pizza was not cooked to standard, and my feedback should have been acknowledged and acted upon. I want to emphasize that my primary concern is not the reimbursement in the form of a store credit. I am deeply troubled by the lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Chimney Rock location. Given the nature of the food industry, it is alarming to consider the potential risks associated with continued patronage, particularly when encountering such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I refuse to compromise the safety of myself or my family over a mere pizza. If the staff members are allowed to display such hostility over the phone without consequence, it raises serious questions about their integrity and the overall safety of the establishment.
