      BBB unable to locate business
      I created a shop with cafepress years ago to sell products to raise awareness for Crohn’s Disease shortly after I was diagnosed and to donate the money to the Crohn’s And Colitis foundation. I was making only 5% off of it but figured it was for charity so I continued. After several years of making THEM money, my balance was at $23 and the payout threshold was $25. Years went by and I noticed my balance was suddenly gone. I contacted them and they said it was taken For inactivity. I was never made aware that this would happen or did happen. So a manager told me I’d be paid out my balance as a courtesy. Months have passed and no payment has been sent to me. I’ve contacted them 3 times and gotten such rude responses that im so physically sick by this whole thing. I just want what I earned paid to me so I can close my account and never deal with this terrible and unprofessional company again!

      The product was made on the canadian site but charged through the american site unbeknownst to me. I am positive it went through the .ca version and according to their delivery time frame it had to me given the turnaround. The product was not received. The conversion charge was applied but not refunded. The discrepancy was significant.

      I have reviewed your order and it was placed on the US site in US dollars not on the Canadian site. A full refund has been processed for you since the order was not received when the carrier is showing it was delivered. We are unable to process a refund for any amount over what was paid for the order.

      Merchant sent email detailing an offer of 50% off if used via email. When an order was placed, no such discount was offered. When contacted, merchant stated that the discount does not apply to sale items. Understood and acceptable. However items are not on sale. Checking out as a guest offers the same pricing. There is no true 50% off as promised. This is fraudulent and deceptive. Merchant is just playing with numbers and provides no additional offer price reduction. I want what was promised. And I want this practice discontinued.
