      October 30, 2023 ****** ***** came to my house for an inspection ordered by ***** **** for a roofing claim. During the inspection, ****** told me that a new roof would be needed due to the damage. When I called the claim in only one shingle was missing off the front of the roof. After ******s inspection, there were three more shingles missing off of the front of the roof damage caused due to him walking on the roof after it had rain for three days straight. He did not take responsibility for these damages caused by him. I asked about the damage to the flashing around the chimney. ****** stated not to worry about it as it would be replaced when the new roof was put on. ****** sent a report to ***** **** that stated only 25 shingles need to be replaced and could be repaired after he told me a new roof was needed. I was never provided with his report as asked

      SeekNow was sent by ******** ********* to assess the damages on my roof. The inspector lied about the lack of damages and failed to notify me or properly report obvious damages to my home. The inspector missed a number of items on my dwelling he later agreed were damaged when I pointed them out to him. (garage door namely).

      I am rejecting this response because:  As you already know, that is a Canned and Disingenuous answer. My claims adjuster DID approve my claim at a later date after a more competent inspector performed a full and proper photo report. Your Inspector meandered around my roof and did not attempt to find any damage. Your inspector did not take photos of any damage until prompted. He neglected to even take photos of damage he believed was "mechanical" in his own words. When I actually got on my own roof and questioned him he had no justification as to why he had taken no photos.
