Hello, I would like to file a complaints against the hotel I just stayed in KY - Baymont by Wyndham Louisville KY. I stayed there for one night only and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have health issues and the place needs to be at least clean. The room had long black hair everywhere - in the bathroom, in the bed. I had to wipe down a lot of the items myself (the chair, desk, etc). so that I can place my medications on a clean surface. The shower hardly worked - only a little drizzle came out and I could not even wash my long hair because I could not rinse off the shampoo. The wifi did not work and I could not even send out work emails. In the so called fitness club, only one of the three equipment worked and again, the whole fitness club was so dirty, it was difficult to even try to work out and the air conditioning in the fitness club was not working. All night I could not sleep because they placed me right next to the washer and dryer and someone was doing laundry all night. The hotel needs to reimburse me at least for half the price - this room and this particular experience were not worth the $92 I paid for one night of torture. Please reimburse me for at least half the price I paid. I will file a better business bureau complaint next if this issue does not properly get addressed.
