              I took a chance on ordering from Papa Johns once again after having a problem with them some months ago, and I cant' believe, AGAIN the same problem. Last night on 04/03/24, I ordered a delivery. I was given a time directly from the store, in the area of 7:30 pm. I accepted that, I know they are busy, but 7:10 comes along and I get a text saying its going to be ANOTHER hour because Door Dash is going to be delivering it. So an order I placed at 5:30 pm , i didnt get delivered until almost 8:30 pm. That in itself is unacceptable, but added to that, is the fact that when it did arrive it was cold, and not at all appetizing. Earlier I tried calling the store but was hung up on. I am including the store name and order number. I also payed for this with a credit card, So this can be verified.               I scheduled a pizza delivery order for an office event on 5.6.24 to be delivered at 11:30am. 11:45am - phoned the store (Papa John’s Store 5907 Beltline Road Suite 111 - Dallas, TX 75254 and automation said delivery 11:57am - nothing arrived phoned 12pm automation said deliver 12:15pm..I then phoned again and asked if I could speak to the manager..he (Carter) said he was the manager and did not care if I complained about him -he was the only one in the store and there was nothing he could do...I told him that was not my fault I have an event. I then told him I was going to contact Corporate about his lack of customer service - Carter's reply,, **** off ***** do what you want. This was not acceptable - I did contact Corporate and filed a complaint and waiting to hear back - I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PAPA JOHNS AGAIN - you need to train your people better...everyone has a bad day - do not take it out on customers.
