      This bank is not compatible with Venmo Additionally, I spoke with a customer service rep and was told I would receive a phone call regarding my banking issue. The phone call never came and when I called back a week later there was no progress made on my issue. In my mind, this is terrible customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment.

Park Community Credit Union strives to provide excellent member service and works extremely hard to minimize any hardships to our members. We certainly appreciate Mr. G****** wanting to understand how to re-add Venmo to his account. Park Community Credit Union has spoken with Mr. G****** and assisted him in adding his account to Venmo manually. We apologize that our representative did not reach out to him when he was expecting a call back from Park and have addressed this issue with the appropriate employees. If Mr. G****** has any other questions or concerns, we will be happy to contact him. Please let us know if you need any additional information.

      This credit union service is the worst I have ever seen No equality, and double standards on the rules. Rules change from person to person. Unprofessional. Silly excuses to deny your loan application. No 2 agents give you the same answer to 1 question, agents are not knowledgeable. Changes words. Al they care is about you open checking account, but gives so many excuses for loans

      I’m a closing my account with this place I’m so done with this bank it’s crazy been with them for years and treat there customers like nobody’s do not recommend this credit union too anyone!!!

      My brother passed away on April 20, 2021. My brother had a car loan with them for a 2015 ***** Traverse. I decided to keep the car and pay off the loan. We had trouble finding his will thus we had to go to probate court to secure an executor. I maintained consistent and constant communication with the bank either via telephone or going to the bank in person. The family agreed to give me the car, however, because I didn't have anything in writing from the courts, the bank could not give me any information. However, they kept calling his son asking about the car when I gave them my information and repeatedly asked them to call me instead. I informed them that I wanted to pay on the car, but that I didn't want to start paying on the car and they go ahead and take the car anyway. I was told they would not do that, that as long as I was paying on the car, I should be fine. So on August 10, 2021, I paid them $500.00. They promptly cashed the check and then sent the repo guys to get the car. Needless to say I was extremely upset. They stood by the fact that they couldn't give me any information. However, I told them what was told to me and they discredited and dismissed the information given to me. I then requested a refund of my $500 since I feel it was taken under false pretenses. They also refused that. Poor customer service, misleading information and feel they took that money from me with no intentions of letting me pay it off. Then they told me that I would have to pay off the full amount which was a little over $3000.00. I called them back and asked them if I got the 3k, would they let me keep the car, they said yes and gave me a dateof Sept 3rd to get it paid off. The same day I had this conversation, the repo man came that same day and picked up the car. I want my $500 returned and I will never recommend this credit union to anyone. They were very deceptive. If they knew there was nothing I was going to be able to do to keep the car, they should have said so.

      Deleted my internet record of transfers to loan payments and refused to reinstate or provide paper record. Then deducted without authorization two payments a month that I don’t believe I owed.
