Be aware and tread lightly. You will receive harassing text messages at 10 pm on weekend and week nights as well as a constant bombardment of emails and texts at a very inappropriate level. I was told that what I needed was only supposed to be 3 months of this “help” and now it’s 6 months and lots of extras that will exceed my total amount of credit card debt, which is under $2,000.I will never refer King financial or do business with this highly unprofessional company again. **********Edit- it seems that the business has zero consumer protection policy when it comes to their distribution of their "customers" information. If you read ANY of the reviews that are negative of their "business" you will see that they will publish personal information and retort in a very undignified and problematic way. Sometimes its easier to figure out how a business operates when met with resistance. Very sad and not fair for that kind of communication, especially since they are NOT a BBB certified business.

Ms. ******** statements are not accurate. Ms. Sumner entered a contract with King Financial Repair to remove any inaccurate items on her credit report on June 2, 2022. The contract is a 6-month contract with a $299.00 charge for the analysis, analyzer and plan of action for Ms. Sumner to improve her credit while we are removing inaccurate information - Ms. Sumner paid this $299.00 on June 2, 2022. On July 2, King Financial Repair billed for the first monthly $147.00 and Ms. Sumner has not yet paid this invoice. King Financial Repair does not reply to complaints nor post personal information and strongly objects to Ms. ******** allegations. There are situations where posts alleging this were made, but the allegations were deemed inaccurate and defaming. King Financial Repair has been asked by Ms. Sumner to only contact her in writing. We work all hours of the day and while she may not like when we respond, it was at her request since she has ignored our calls and voicemails and sent us communication that she will not respond to our calls and only to communicate her in writing. In summary, King Financial Repair has done what we are contractually obligated to do, we are in compliance with all regulations and laws, and we ask that Ms. Sumner live up to her contractual obligations and make her payments and keep her credit monitoring active throughout the term of her contract.
