I hired Girl Power Construction For a bathroom remodel in 2020. There were several issues that were not resolved. The owner finally returned to my house in November 20 21 assuring me she would take care of the multiple issues in the bathroom. They began with drywall repair and sanded down one of the walls and have never returned to paint it or take care of the additional work they promised to do. I have called her, texted her, messaged her to no avail. I am having to hire someone else to come and take care of these issues 1. Fix the drywall (that she came back and partially resanded) and paint it. 2. The ceilings need a second coat of paint. 3. The trim she installed was not completely painted and joints don’t abut. well.Business response

** ***** *** **** ********* contracted with GPCR to remodel a bathroom. The project had many layers and was completed to 100%. There was a final walkthrough with ***** ********* and the clients were both happy with the new bathroom. Notes after the project was complete our records indicate there was a problem with a malfunctioning shower head. The problem was addressed the same day. a new shower head was ordered and delivered overnight. The next time we had communication from the feiletsons, there was a concern about a 6"x 10" area of concern with drywall that needed "touching up". After several attempts to enter the home we were able to gain access. The drywall was addressed. The drawler was standing in the bathroom as Mrs ********** was asked if she saw ANYTHING else that needed to be addressed. **** looked around and said " NO, I think everything else is fine." **** then inquired on another project and possibility of referring GPCR to other DRs. I, ******* ******, business owner, explained that we were navigating into Airbnbs and property rentals do to the pandemic. **** was not pleased with this response, and she exited the bathroom. On my way out of the back door I explained that I would return the following day and paint the freshly addressed drywall skim coat and touch ups needed. The following day I called to gain access, only to be told now "everything was all bad." The ceiling was not ok, the walls were not ok, everything needed to be repainted and the list went on. I explained to **** that was not going to happen and the issue we addressed would be complete and our business was concluded. That was not taken well by Mrs *******n. In short she was not going to told no, and "dug in". **** and ***** Feiletson then went onto our social media pages and gave negative reviews, after first giving a positive one. Then proceeded to call, text, and email us abbot the new "list" of issues. One of those issues was to fix a door knob that we never touched to begin with. The pettiness continued for weeks. ***** and **** had "friends" go onto our social media accounts and write negative reviews, leave false statements, leave negative remarks on posts, and the emails continued. We responded after being bullied with a CEICE AND DISMISS email. I will attached below. The problem continued with writing the BBB, attaching negative comments to the neighborhood app. The idea that a contractor would tell a two doctors NO, was just not acceptable. Our willingness to ever work with these clients again remains NO. The chance that we will move forward with litigation if they post ONE MORE false, slanderous, misleading defamation, 10000 %!!!!! The world has so much angry in it today. That is out of our control. People love to throw bad contractors under the bus. Well as a good contractor! Im here to tell you, there are some really bad clients out there too.
