Still waiting for order placed on July 26th. Awful and they don’t contact your back

I order 3 years and now I'm waiting for my $100.00 shipment for 8 days now so WTF.???? No problems with 20 orders now this.

130.00 dollars and no product I live in a huge park 300 spaces in a huge city and they can not find me. When I called this what they sent. As per the carrier they want some clarification. They want to know "Is there a name of the RV park? I am also having a hard time finding online. It comes up in the middle of a street." I called them back and this is the response I get I have sent your information over to a member of management for further review. The turnaround time is around 3-5 business days. A member of management will follow up with you regarding your issues or concerns once they are able to look into this. Most correspondences are sent via email, this helps ensure you receive a response in a timely manner. I have order from this company for years and no problem. Now I think I just got scammed and ripped never again.

Ordered vape juice and coils from this website and never received my order so I reached out but they can’t help me because the order was signed for . Whoever was delivering my package didn’t take the effort to actually come to my door. The signature they signed was just a line and now directvapor won’t help me at all nor look into where the package got delivered too so now I’m out $40

I've been using Direct Vapor for a couple years, and have nothing but good things to say -- despite the reviews on here (imagine my shock). DON'T BE DISSUADED by the obvious KARENs on here who just want something to gripe about because they don't know how to answer their doors and sign for an age-restricted product. (Is BBB the new **** these days?) Their prices can be a little higher than other vape sites, but the speed and reliability on getting my orders makes it worthwhile to me. I live in central TX and my packages have always arrived ahead of schedule or within the time expected. My average time from order placed to delivered is around 3-4 business days (shortest was 2 days and longest took about 7 days because I missed the 1st delivery). I've never had to deal with their customer service, because I've never had any issues -- so I can't, in good faith, extend my 5 stars in that regard. But I understand that mistakes can happen. (I just haven't experienced them here.) So if I have to contact them in the future I'll leave a new review with my feedback. But I'm sure their customer service would be reasonably helpful, as long as you call with the calm attitude expected of a decent, respectful adult instead of a tantrum toddler who needs to "speak to your manager" while flipping their bobbed hair. If you don't trust my review, just Google "best rated vapor sites" and see how many times DV comes up yourself. (I acknowledge reviews can be bought, but I personally trust their good rep within the online vape shop community). Deuces and happy vaping out there!

They use GLS for shipping and they are the worst i never have anything but problems with them so for that i will no longer use Direct Vapor.

Almost 30 days and my order still has yet to arrive. I’ve gotten with customer service 3 times and they can’t check tracking on their end. I’ve asked for a refund and they only refunded the shipping cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible, prices are good, but like everyone else says, shipping takes forever and the customer service is worthless

They suck!!!! Used them before and never had any problems. Never again. E**** **** and P** **** are the best. Try them.
