              I would not use or recommened Bathfitter at all. When I had bathfitter install a step in shower I thought it was nice. But now I would not use them at all because I am having trouble getting water to come out of the shower head. I had a plumber out here and bathfitter install a new pipe (they had to move the one drain pipe away from the bottom side to drain in middle) bathfitter did not wrap the new pipe and now the pipe froze. In order to use the shower I have to water for the pipe to unfroze so the water can flow through. Then I will need to call out the plumber to wrap the pipe so it will not freeze in the future. It is going to run me &200.00 to get this fix when I can and it is hard being a senior citizen on a fix income

              They did not install what I paid for. Ordered a floor to ceiling shower but it was 8 inches short of what I ordered. Did not put the curtain rod up as high as I requested. Broke up some tile from floor taking out old tub and puddied it back down leaving it very unsightly. The water pipe coming through the wall for shower head that they installed unscrews when the shower head is adjusted leaking water between the walls. Been calling to get it fixed but still no response.

              Never stop calling. I have blocked several numbers but they keep going. I get multiple calls a day for over a month now.
