Took my truck in for paintless dent repair and to fix my tailgate which had heavy damage. I would like to thank samuels collision for getting my truck back to looking factory new. The techs are very knowledgeable and the customer service was great, couldn’t be anymore pleased with the work that was done. They do great and honest work at a fair price. Before I pulled off Jeff noticed some paint chips on the hood and rear fender and gave me a bottle of touch up paint. I would 100% come back to samuels to have work done if the need arises in the future. I would highly recommend!

4/18/2022 I took my automobile to Samuels Collision Repair Specialists on March 4, 2022. A technician looked at the repairs that needed to be made. He wrote me an estimate for the repair job. The work was scheduled to be done on April 18, 2022. I dropped my automobile off at 9AM. At 9:22AM I got a call from a Samuels Collision Repair technician stating that the repairs may be more than the estimate given, but he said it would not come out of my pocket but they would charge my insurance company. He said that there may be other damage that they didn't see upon giving me the original estimate. After thinking about it I called him back and told him if he couldn't fix it for the price he gave me then I would come and get my car. I called my husband who was out of town, he called Samuels Collision Repair Specialists and he was told they had not started to work on the automobile yet. He told them as I did if they cannot fix it for the price they quoted then we don't won't the work done. So he was told to come quickly and get the automobile. As I stated my husband was out of town so I had to go and get the automobile. The gentleman, Jeff ***** was quite aggravated when I walked in and stated he didn't why there was a problem. I explained to him I was given an estimate for the repairs and then told it may cost more than what was quoted depending on the cost of the parts which may have went up. I got my car keys ready to leave then he tells me here are your parts that we started taking off the car. But he had told my husband that they had not done anything to the car as of yet. I ask him was he going to put the parts back on the car that they took off, he said no. He scooped the parts up and put them in my trunk. I told him I may have to talk to an attorney about this. He said you can sue me if you want to, I don't care. Sue me for $20.00 worth of work. I left and do not ever plan on going back or doing service with this establishment again.
