It's hilarious that they are trying to garnish wages for over 5k when they kept changing the LEASE AGREEMENT over and over and adding charges. We sent a money order for the amount stated on the LEASE we signed, and they wouldn't take the $800+ because it was "partial," and they don't take partial payments. Then when I gave them TWO MONTHS NOTICE that we were not renewing our lease, they still acted as if we didn't notify them. Obviously, if I don't sign the new lease, IT'S NOT BEING RENEWED. I notified Carlos who was working there at the time. The pool was never open, the laundromat was disgusting, the gym was NEVER open, the parking lot flooded, the roaches kept coming back, and the black mold in the bathroom was atrocious. We reported it to maintenance over and over. They broke their own lease when they didn't fix anything. We don't owe you ANYTHING. One star only because I have to, otherwise, it would be NO STARTS!

The most nastiest apartments I’ve ever seen Station at Jtown 9601 Balsam Way, Louisville, KY 40299 . They are infested with ROACHES and won’t tell you until you move all your stuff in . Their dumpsters is always overflowing they have mices and possum wandering the propert very unsanitary. Mel Hatcher the property manager is an unprofessional Habitual liar she doesn’t care about her tenants at all !! Jules Jackson assistant manager is very rude and gives you the run around !! I recently moved out the nasty apartments at the end of NOVEMBER 2021 , and haven’t received my deposit check over $1000 remind you I have been calling stopping by the office to see about this check they cant even give me an check number ( I doubt they even sent a check ) it is now almost February I’ve had spoken with several of people and I am getting different stories . The first story was the check was sent on December 15th, now their not sure if it was sent out . This is ridiculous, I feel like my check is being held hostage whatever reason and it’s very unacceptable !!!!!!!
