              We have not had a good experience with this product or the service. The motor to our central vac has had to be replaced along with the hose and support mechanisms for the filter. When you call with a problem, it takes weeks for the service person to even call back and when they do set up an appointment to service the system, they may or may not show up at the time slot you scheduled. We have a lifetime guarantee but were told with a recent breakdown that " I will look at it one more time but that is it." So much for the guarantee.
