    I had a warranty repair with this company that was initiated at the end of October. When the company picked up the mower it would not run and it had a puddle of oil on the ground under it. The company kept the item for almost two months before diagnostics were done. As noted by other claims on this site and numerous reviews on yelp and Google, this company struggles at calling people back. Diagnostics were done and I was never called back. I was told multiple times throughout the process that I would be called back and that never happened. Lexington outdoor never called me throughout this entire process. I finally called them and was told that the fix was not covered because of low oil. I asked to speak to the mechanic to answer some questions. I was transferred to two separate mechanics and neither could give me an explanation of the puddle of oil (remnants of which are still visible on my concrete) in regards to the "low oil" warranty denial. I asked them how I could challenge the non warranty declaration. They told me that she actually hadn't even submitted it to the warranty company. This made absolutely no sense to me (how warranty could be denied without submitting the proper paperwork). I brought up that neither of her mechanics could explain the oil leak on the ground and she said "I only deal with warranties". I asked why the information was not submitted to the warranty company and she said that it was on a list of uncovered repairs. I told her that I would not be paying for repairs and the lack of communication and the ineptitude of their mechanics was completely unprofessional. They then reported to the warranty provider that I threatened them. I am not sure how refusing to pay for service I never agreed to was a threat and they have no recording of the conversation. When the mower was dropped off at ***** it's battery was dead, and the engine casing is loose and wobbles. It appears to be missing screw/bolts.

    Took new mower to them per Briggs and Stratton to have engine worked on because is was cutting out. All they did was to clean the carb and gas tank which was not dirty. I got the mower back and it had the same problem, Briggs and Stratton told me to take it back and that they would have Outdoor Power to check a couple of things. Outdoor power was supposed to call Briggs when I brought the mower back in so they could try something different. Outdoor failed to call Briggs and cleaned the carb and gas tank again saying it had bad gas but the gas in the mower was the same gas the Outdoor Power put in the 1st time I took it to them. When asked about leaving mower out in the rain they said if you don't like don't come back. Well since the left the mower in the rain and the bearings now rusted on the drive train and I'll have to replace and pay I will take their advice as others should to as don't do business with them. Also most un-professional workers there you can tell that they don't care about the customer just money.

    Mr. R*** brought his unit in we cleaned the carb and remove bad gas. It ran when it left here. He returned the mower over a month later and you can not tell me that he did not mow his grass for over a month considering he wanted it done quickly because of that reason. yes i forgot to call when the unit came in. I am sorry . Since it was not a warranty issue the first time i saw no reason why it would be this time. Briggs and Stratton has a strict policy on carburetor work most of the time not covered by warranty because they say it is user error and most of the time it is, as it was in this case. As for it sitting outside yes our units do sit outside our warehouse is not big enough to store them indoors and i am sure Mr. R*** saw this when he dropped it off because he would have dropped it off where they are stored. Mr. r*** has had a bad attitude with us even though we did not sell him his unit. He purchased the unit from another company. If you ask him why he did not return to them he will tell you because they do not do repair work only sales. We refunded his money on the second trip and told him since he was not our customer he should take his equipment somewhere else to have any future repairs or service done to his unit. He has been nothing but hateful and wanted things done for free ever since he came to us.
