            This is not a professional company any longer since this owner took over in 2019. ***** ******* has fake reviews on this site verified. He is very desperate or in financial trouble. Over the last 25 years have used this company (not the same since 2019) for small projects at my home. In December got a water line put (fridge lower level of home) in as well as had a dryer vent cleaned. Water line done well but the vent cleaning was horrible. He did not know what he was doing on that. Took 4 plus hours. Could not verify if it was cleaned or not., It was not. Tried to talk to this company and told the owner ***** would contact me. He never contacted me to discuss, went straight to his side kick ***** ******* Att. This is over according to the A=Team here $685 dollars. No reasonable or not desperate contractor would act this way. I am in building new homes nationwide and I promise, the reviews are fake, as well as having an Attorney on retainer should tell you all you need to know. I am contacting others that have used this service in last few years and will be posting in their own words the real story in dealing with this company. Going to Better Business to fill formal complaint today. I will post the verified real responses in having to deal with this company. If there is any dissatisfaction with the work performed, then look out, you will be taken to the REAL HANDYMAN CONNNECTION. Overprice, Overpromise, and Terrible customer service. It is time to expose this Man behind the company ***** ******* for what and who he is. There are a lot of these stories out here. It is amazing what you uncover when you really look.

            I contacted them to do some handy work in my father's house. Daniel come out to look at what I wanted done and give me an estimate. I agreed to purchase 3 ceiling fans that needed to be replaced. They came by the following week to start the work. It took them longer than they said it would which was no problem. We left for vacation and were gone for a week and contacted them upon our return to finish the work. When they left before we went on vacation, they took out all the boxes and old ceiling fans. When Daniel came to finish the job he called me to tell me that the last ceiling fan was missing. He said he looked all around the house and he could not find it. He said he was knocking off $200 from the remaining balance and to call him when I purchased another ceiling fan and he would come back and put it up. Our family was on vacation together. No one else had a key to the house. When I suggested that maybe the box with the new ceiling fan was taken out by mistake with the old ones. I was told that $200 was taken off from the bill and to contact them when I purchased a new one. We are very displeased with this service.

            We checked our dumpster at the office and the fan was not in there.  We did not have any access to the home in between our appointments and took money off the work order since we did not perform work on that ceiling fan.
