    I tried to to give *** *** a refund here in the office even after a remake at No Charge and she refused the refund so at this point we will not offer her a refund again

    I am rejecting this response because: They only offered me a refund if I would sign a paper that said they made a good product, I was the one breaking the contract and they were keeping 20% of my refund AND that I could never go to another affordable dentures! That is NOT fair! As a patient, I was NOT satisfied with the work from the beginning. I was very vocal about my issues. They did NOT want to hear anything if it was negative about them or their workmanship. If we are trying to settle this issue fairly. I believe that the FAIR thing for us BOTH would be to refund my money and let me go to a different place of business. I feel that I’ve given them ample opportunities to make the dentures correctly. I feel I’ve went well beyond my limits trying to work with them. They’ve made it clear they have no interest in making sure their patients are satisfied, like good businesses do! I told them I didn’t want to sign that paper for “the refund” because it said I could never go to another Affordable Dentures! I told them I was going to talk to the BBB first and they said that was fine and made me a copy of “the refund” paper. Their response is that they “offered me my money back” (but only if I’m blackballed from all Affordable Dentures) and also saying “after a remake”? They had to remake them because the workmanship is terrible there! They keep breaking! I have a four year warranty. So “the remake” was covered under that! So they are NOT trying to solve this issue FAIRLY! Now if I don’t get a refund and be allowed to go somewhere else. That means I’m stuck with them having to remake the same denture that plainly is no good or it wouldn’t have to be remade over and over, for the next four years!?! Because now they are mad over the complaint and will not treat me fairly going forward. Tell me how is that FAIR for me?

    If I could give them a negative review I would. The treatment from the staff and the doctor are horrifying. I have been to this office 3 times alone today and 3 other times before
    March 21, 2022- Initial consultation appt- Was made to pay total up front in the amount of $1.470 which included a healing set of dentures and a final set of dentures June-ish 2022- Adj. needed- was a horrible interaction from the start of walking in not enough room to give all the details. Left in tears *** ** ********- make molds for final set of dentures- during making the molds to get my "better fitting final set" of dentures Dr. comes in to make the molds. He adds more mold stuff into my mouth and I gag and thrush my head forward so I don't puke. He grabs my head and yells at me to bite down because he doesn't want to have to redo it. I was told to come back later today at 2:20 to pick up, February 1, 2023@2:20pm- pick up final set of dentures- get there at 2 and go back they give me the dentures and they are too big. I try to tell them the problem and they refuse to listen and keep trying to make adjustments by filing them, that's not the problem. Where I threw my head forward to not puke it messed up the molds. The space where my gums go on the top and bottom new ones are too big. I cant fit both into my mouth at the same time without gagging as I can my healing set. Pretty much told to take them and give them a few weeks I can't even wear them at all. They made an appt for a day and time they chose without asking. Pretty much was told to call back when I can come in before 11 for adjustments. I work mon- fri 7-3:10 and live an hour away. I can't just take off work like that. To get this resolved I would like at least half of my money back which is $735. I will give the final set back as they don't work and I can't use them. I don't want a replacement or redo bc I don't want to deal with their office or staff again. I left there in tears twice bc the dr and staff were rude.

    My daughter, ******* ** ******** went to Affordable Dentures & Implants to have teeth extracted and dentures. She contracted with them for the Premium Package. She would get her first set of dentures and then in a year, she would receive a new set of better dentures. May 21, 2021, I paid $2,230 and the next day of her appointment May 22, 2021, I paid the remainder of $1,780. She received her first set dentures. Tragically, my daughter passed away last year without ever receiving the new and better set of dentures. Therefore, I believe her Estate is owed a partial refund.
    I have called to discuss this with their office. They said they would call me back. Which that never happened. Then I went to their office in person. Then I was told that they had a new computer program that made it impossible for them to access her account and that I would receive a call the next day. Which that never occurred. On November 18, 2022, I hand-delivered a letter as my daughter’s Administrator of her Estate requesting a copy of her file and a partial refund. The following Monday morning I received a call from their office wanting to verify my address (which was clearly on the letter) saying they were issuing a refund to be sent to their corporate office.
    To date, two months later, I have not received any response or refund from their corporate office.
    I have tried to call the Lexington office but no one ever answers; just advises to leave a voicemail. Given how they never returned my previous calls, I have not left a message.
    Any assistance in settling this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I paid for two sets of teeth 1 temporarily and 1 permanently. Around June 2021. Did not like my temporary teeth but they said that was how they where supposed to be. Way to big could not even wear them. Well told me perment would fit and look better no they don't they had to put a soft liner in them. Still don't fit right. I asked for a refund just on my perment teeth but they said they don't do that. That's not what my paper says if I am not happy with them I could get refund. All I wanted was a refund on perment teeth I do not like them and they are way to big that's the reason they put liner in them. And I can not wear them. Thanks *** ********

    Nov 15/2023 I went in for a replacement lower. I was spoken to by the dentist in a most condescending manner. I was 'fitted' for my lower and then had to pay the full amount of $375.00 before leaving without having seen or tried the replacement denture. When I returned, the same day, the larger denture in the picture is what I was given; the smaller denture, which fits, was what I received from ***** ******* After the tech filed down, according to her, all that she could, you can see what I was left with. I sat in that room and cried. I explained, with slobber coming out of my mouth, that I couldn't talk or swallow and my lower lip was jutting out like a bad movie prop. I asked to see the 'dentist' but was told that this (the denture) was what I got with the economy choice and that he wouldn't be seeing me and to, "give my mouth a chance to adjust". I borrowed money and went to ***** ****** where, after having my mouth examined by the dentist there, I showed him the denture that Affordable Dentures had sent me out with. His response was, "that should be illegal" and it turns out it is. Dentists are held to a standard of care just like we nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals are. I went back to Affordable dentures and asked for a refund. I was told to have a seat and that they were busy. After 25 minutes I was called to the desk, told to write my name and number down and that they would be contacting me. I have called repeatedly to follow up and was told that the 'dentist' and others had to make a decision and that I needed to wait. I still haven't heard from the office.

    I spent 750 on economy dentures. They came out very slanted on the bottom and the top fall out. They didn't see anything wrong with them when I went to complain. They tried to sell me more teeth. The dentures are unwearable but they said they are good. Never ever in my life have I been to a place where they deny work.

    We were shown one denture and given another and once we left they haven't answered the phone since.
