When I bought my brand new 2024 ***** in September, 2023, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. They went way out of their way to accommodate me and didn't once suggest I should have my husband with me. I was very pleased with the entire purchase process. Then...the wheels fell off, so to speak. My brand new car, with 3400 miles on it, had to be towed to the dealership for what is obviously a manufacturer's defect. That was a week ago today and it STILL hasn't been touched. It took 50 phone calls even to get a car to drive which finally happened 2 days ago. If and when I ever get this vehicle back, I will never ever darken the doors of Patriot Chevrolet ***** again. If the service matched the sale, this would be a very different review.

False advertising for winnings with the intent to sale a car only and never give the gift that was advertised. I was not looking for a car and when I’m ready to buy I will not go there.

Was sold a car, put $1500 down payment. Got approved through a bank for a car. Not even 2 hours later the check engine light comes on, but they was closed so the next day I take the car back and they tell me they can put it in the mechanic shop and get it fixed for me! Even though it was in mechanic shop for 2 weeks and more. Well at that time I feeling unsafe in the car and don’t want the car! For safety reasons I no longer wanted the car so the bank didn’t processed the deal because there where safety problems occurring! So they got upset, rude and disrespectful and 4-5 dudes bone rushed me in one room intimidating me pressuring me to continue with the deal! I was by myself so I felt very dangerous to be in one room with 4-5 dudes being angry because the deal doesn’t go through the bank! Very unprofessional. And I was told I couldn’t get my down payment back! They refused! Not only that 2 employees was having very unprofessional conversations with me about drugs and my job as a body waxer! They very touchy, I have witnesses. They mistreat others, and treat them the same way when a deal don’t go through. They love to get a woman in a room and intimidate her being rude! This place needs to be shut down. They are very unprofessional. ****** or THIS PLACE DONT RECOMMEND! If I could give a BIG FAT negative I would, this place beat me out of $1500 Not only me, but its several people walking around near Kentucky/Tennessee ****** done wrong like this, his name in the streets are a bad reputation right now for taking advantage of folks. This place I don’t recommend at all.

price paid was different from advertised by $4500 higher.Found this after papers signing. I feel this was a true BAIT AND SWITCH. I feel lied to, misled, dealer said the advertised price was for employees only after the papers were signed. Vehicle bought was 2019****** Enclave sticker paper listed was 40500. Final paper show price to be 45000. BAIT AND SWITCH to me| I was a repeat customer, for purchase and service for last 9 years until now, Any help will be appreciated.

To call themselves Patriot is an embarrassment! They con, lie and deny!!! Stay away from this dealership. They target young soldiers and sell vehicles without even checking them. A car was purchased in April of 2021 and the engine failed a short time later. Come to find out through paper trail that the car had needed a new engine in March 2021, one month prior to purchase. It was evident it had not gone through a thorough inspection prior to the sale or it would have been discovered. The tires were also so bald that ********* would not let the vehicle leave until all 4 were replaced. The team are rude when you try to communicate with them and the general manager never returns your call or email to set this right. The vehicle is inoperable after a few months and still owe in excess of $20k! They financed a $2800 easy care service Package that cannot be used due to the engine being screwed prior to sale (absolute waste of money) and also financed a gap addendum which is against the military lending act. They just don't care about customers or their safety as long as it's money in their pocket! This is absolutely unacceptable and we will be taking this further.
