      December 9, 2023 a tornado damage our home. We contacted multiple companies that were contracting to assist the damages. We hired allegiance roof and fence. At the beginning the agent was super friendly and helpful. Around march **************************** our home to repair the damages. It took them almost three months just to do the roof and change some pillars. The roof was completed in a day and a check of 19k was given, however it was never verified but we could see discrepancies and these were communicated to allegiance agent , he said about they just had a bad crew and they were kicked out. I after we gave the $19k the treatment was never the same. We asked to send other crew to do an inspection to ensure the job was done properly, and never was done. It took them more than a month and me calling often to get 4 columns replaced and I had videos from the cameras showing the employees were jumping the fence, opening the gate with tools because it was close, they damaged the fence and never replace it, employees were-laying around the property items in the porch, I report it to the agent and still the job was done poorly and really bad, and the never put back the faucets. Sadly the job was never completed, the help to get the other damages things that were not roof were never completed or we never got help. I told the agent we have a timeline and this was never meet.

      Spoke with the owner of Alliance (***** *******) and he was fully unaware of the situation that took place at this job site.  He advised to contact customer personally to go over her concerns in order to come to an agreement to repair the damages.  *************** and she advised she will return my call to go over concerns.

       They tried to contact me after the BBB report and were going to call me next day and never did.
