I called the business to fix my dad's cold water handle that the knob was broken and told them it might need a new insert. I asked them to put an on and off valve on the toilet as well. They did put an on and off valve on. They just put a new handle on the cold and hot water. When I went to my dad's the water was barely running into the toilet and the cold water knob just came off in my hand. I called them back and told them that it was not fixed. I asked them to come back and fix the cold water handle correctly - that the knob was not stay on. The knob has stripped what it goes on and would not turn off without the handle moving. It would not tighten up to work. I had already put a new tank kit in it - send the sediment, where they turned off the water, had stopped it up almost completely. I asked them to replace the drain that had rust on it, when they came to fix the handle. They came out and replaced the drain and the handle still was coming off the cold side and would not stay on. They told me it needed a whole new faucet set, when I called and asked why they did not fix the cold side handle. The cold side needed the insert that allows it to turn off with ease, which they never replaced. I never told them to just put a handle on it - because my brother stated it was locked up. I have paid them $323.74 on my credit card - was told they charge extra to put a credit card. I asked them to fix the faucet properly and that I have not paid a bill for $303. They never fixed the handle and refused to come back out-stated I still owed money. I told them they never fixed it and I did not owe them money, that they charged me $323 on my credit card and never fixed the original job.
