Not all overhead door companies operate the same. We thought we were dealing with overhead door Cincinnati at an area code of 513. As it turned out it was overhead door company Northern Kentucky. They do not accept coupons. Make sure you know who you're dealing with cuz there are better coupons out there for overhead door in Cincinnati and other types of door companies. Service was very good. Just disappointed in management of the overall company in Kentucky. I felt they should have honored an overhead door coupon.

I ordered a circuit board and received a replaced item which is not working. The company charges a 20% restocking fee and only honor store credit for an incorrect item that does not work.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the online order was placed with us on 9/27/22. We wanted to provide more details regarding the order.The order was placed on 9/27. Within the description of the product. it states that this part number has been discontinued and will be substituted out for the updated part.On 9/30 we received a request to return the part because the part that was received was not what was pictured on the website and did not work.On 10/1 we replied back that the part you received was the revised circuit board and the substitute for the circuit board that was ordered. We explained the differences between the circuit boards and indicated the model garage door openers it would work with. We asked if you attempted to install the circuit board.On 10/4 we followed back up again providing instructions on how to return the circuit board. We stated our return policy and outlined the the appropriate restocking fee associated with the circuit board you ordered.Our stated return policy on the website states If a customer requests a refund for a defective product instead of accepting a replacement item or if the product is being returned for a reason other than being defective, the refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Electronic parts such as remote controls, keyless entries and circuit boards are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded.If a product is returned damaged or non re-sellable, a refund will not be accepted. Electronic parts such as circuit boards, safety sensors and the *** Anywhere will be inspected closely. If it is deemed that the part was installed incorrectly or damaged during installation, no refund will be provided. As of 10/6 we have not received a response to either of our messages to assist with the return of this order.We would be happy to assist you with the return of the order. However, as stated in our return policy there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

This company is awesome. Explained everything from beginning to end. Installation was smooth, no issues, no mess. We would definitely recommend this company

I had an issue programing my keypad. After attempting to program it using a ******* video, I called the Crescent Springs location. Amy offered to have a technician call me to guide me through it. Nick called me on a Facetime call and walked me through the programming issue in a short time. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Both Amy and Nick represented the company positively. After using Overhead Door for 40+ years, we will be a customer for life. I highly recommend them. Amy and Nick went above and beyond to provide a high level of customer service.
