    Terrible company to work with I am very upset dealing with them Had us jump thru hoops to accommodate them . Costs us money to find out after the fact that our buyer did not qualify. I would NEVER recommend them

    IF I could give this company a 0 I would. No integrity, no communication, incompetent, not professional. I would never ever use this company but it is in partnership with ******* Homes so we had to use them to get the incentive. This is a scam and no one tells you the truth from the very beginning. They take money out of your account without any communication or documentation to back it. Never ever again will I use Victory Mortgage or ******* Homes. Nor will I recommend them to anybody. The ** that we had was the only honest person that works for both of them.
