Never again! I ordered a coat for $350 ( Full price) , with a 25% discount code... 2 days later the coat went on sale for $100 off + an additional 25% off, I called to get a price adjustment and they said they couldn't because it shipped 2 hours ago, Even though the tracking said it was still at the warehouse. They told me to order another one, But would have to pay shipping to send the other one back.. REALLY? Great customer service, NOT! Will not buy from them again and will be sending the original one back..... Waste of time and money

I have shopped this exquisite site for years. Their products, and quality are one of a kind. I spoke with Stacy in FLORIDA on their customer service line. We talked for some mins. even did a little parralel on line website comparisons. I thoroughly enjoy each unique coat. They last for years. Horrible customer service. Web site offered a discount, website would not take discount, canceled order but they sent it anyway and charged me $15.95 for the return. Then they sent me a coupon in an e mail for a bigger discount then was offered on the website. I will never order from this company.Review from Shirley K.

I ordered a fur vest for a gift. It was never delivered. When I contacted them they told me my order was cancelled. They had none in stock and the item should have not been placed. They did not attempt to contact me. I asked for a Supv. and encountered Marinda, she was very nasty and rude. Please dont waste your time with this company. False Advertisement.Fabulous-Furs Response

In reviewing the customer's complaint, there was an email notification sent to the email address on file stating the order had been canceled. I do apologize for the lack of service experienced when speaking with the supervisor. I have been working with Fabulous Furs for several years as a wholesaler with my company **************** and they have been nothing but FABULOUS with me. I have had many issues with different things and they always go above and beyond to take care of things. People need to understand when they order things to look at the return rules. Sometimes things can only be exchanged for other product. Keep up the great work fabulous furs, my clients love them and the blankets are just amazing! They are the best wedding gifts ever. Very unique and people use them in hot and cold climates.
