  we had a new roof put on we paid 7000 dollars to have a new roof the work was low quality there is nails sticking up thru the new shingles the shingles have the asphalt rubbed of where they dragged their tools a crossed it they did come back and redo around the chimneys they put different color shingles around the roof looks 10 years old and its not a month old i want it fixed right ,the company did say he subcontracted it out and would not use them again i paid for a new roof ang got at best second hand roof i want it fixed right

  Good morning, we would like to resolve this problem. This customer was very hard to work with, we had some issues with the chimneys and we sent our repair worker to fix the problem but before we sent our worker out he kept on calling us multiple ***es after we had explained it would take a few days to send him there to fix it. When the repair was complete he was asked if everything looked good or if he had other issues he was concerned about but he said it all looked fine. We wished he would have contacted us and sent us this pictures and contacted us about the problem. If he was not satisfied with his roof at all we would have no problem to replace the whole roof at no cost. We were never aware of this problem since he didn’t call us to tell us about it.

  I am rejecting this response because: i called him a total of 3 ***es i have the call logs to prove it he said after the first  call he would be out on Thursday he never showed i call to see why   i all so sent him pictures or the damage shingles ,and like i said he did come out and redo the chimneys and the used different color shingles  to repair the shingles around the chimneys they done nothing  to the damage shingles that are on roof  and the nails that have holes on the roof  all his has to do is come and look at the poor quality job they done i saved for 3 years for this roof to last me its poor quality  and i never looked while they where i am a long haul trucker they done the the roof and repair while i was gone  i did request t o be here when they done it and he said he would wait but he didn't 
    i did send pictures with this complaint if he would just look, he would see the poor job that was done thanks  *** *********
