Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Deposits
A $50 initial deposit is mandatory for each seat purchased and is non-refundable, and non-transferable with no exceptions! Once you make A purchase, we immediately incur A payment processing fee on our website, another fee from your credit card company, and allocate our time to process your reservation. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Please refrain from clicking buy if you are unwilling to adhere to these terms as they are non-negotiable! Also, if you allow someone else to purchase your seat for you or allow them to make your reservation under their name this policy will still apply to you, No Exceptions!
Final Payments
After the 45-day (Red Eye/Day Tour) & 60 days (Overnight Stay Tour) departure date has passed, your final payment amount will be (Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable/No Exceptions)!!
*If you seek to receive any reimbursement of the final balance you paid, you are responsible for selling your seats to someone else. We will do our best to help, if you request help, but make no guarantees they can or will be sold, the responsibility is ultimately up to you! Due to set guidelines from our hotel(s) & motorcoach company, we must strictly enforce this policy.
*Tomblin's Tours (Will Not) refund any money due to you Not Liking, Enjoying, or Having Fun on the tour you attend. Enjoyment of any experience in life comes from Within you, not from anything Outside of you. Don't allow a Single Situation to ruin your Entire Experience.
*No Refunds will be granted, at any time, due to changes in COVID-19 mandates or numbers or due to you contracting COVID-19. You are ultimately responsible for monitoring these & booking your seats accordingly.
*Just because there is snow on the ground, your road is slick and driveway snowy OR rain-covered, our Tour will continue!! (No Monies) will be refunded to you and no Credit will be transferred just because you choose not to come or can't get out of your driveway!! Our tour will not be canceled due to bad weather unless our motorcoach company deems roads are impassable. If that occurs, you will receive a refund of the monies paid.
