I ordered a package of baseball photos for my son from WE Photography. The order was placed on 5/3/2023 and paid for in advance. I did not choose the photographer, they were chosen by the baseball league. To date, 1/11/2024, I have not received the photo package that I paid for. I have made multiple attempts over the past several months to contact the photographer to receive the photos. Not only have I not received them but she has stopped responding to messages and has turned off comments on the business Facebook page. I do not have an order or tracking number, but do have a copy of my receipt, which is attached.Initial Complaint

I paid ******* $175 for my son’s newborn pictures. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact I have still not received my pictures. At this point I will be seeking a lawyer.Initial Complaint

Two different transaction- Sept 19th, 2022 (Cheerleading Pictures) May 4th, 2023 (Baseball Pictures) Photograph was hired by our youth league where in 2022 she didn’t give me half the pictures I ordered and she said numerous times she would fix. Again, she was hired by our baseball youth league where numerous of baseball teams and softball teams never received their children pictures (mine) included.Customer response

The money went directly to WE photography. We filled out a paper of what package we wanted with all of her information on, and I swiped my card directly with her machine, both times.Initial Complaint

On May 14, 2022 I paid ******* ***** (WE Photography) $199.00 for a boudoir photo shoot she had scheduled for 6/04/22. On 06/03/22, I messaged ******* ***** to ask the location of the photo shoot to which she replied that the makeup artist tested positive for COVID so the photo shoot would be rescheduled if that was possible for me. I explained that I was moving out of state in 2 weeks so the photos would need to be done by then. She stated she would talk to the makeup artist and get back to me. She promised she would get me in the next week. 7 days pass and I still had not heard from her despite sending her 3 messages. She finally replied on 06/10/22 stating she can make next week work for sure. I asked what time the photos would be and the turnaround time. 2 days passed and I had not heard from her so I messaged her requesting a refund on 06/12/22. Since I was moving out of state and had other things to schedule, I could not waste time waiting for her to take days to respond and reschedule. She replied almost immediately after I asked for a refund. She asked if there was any way I could make it work and unfortunately I could not so a refund would be needed. On 06/15/22 she messaged stating, “It's okay, i know it's frustrating. I will try my best to move money around and send it today. If not, could i send you 100 now and 100 tomorrow?” I said that was fine and she sent me $100 on Venmo. However, it is now 06/22/22, 1 week later, and she has still not sent my second portion of the refund. She has not opened my past 4 messages. She even kicked me out of her Facebook group, WE Photography Boudoir. I am just trying to get my second portion of my refund back.Customer response

I just wanted to follow up regarding WE Photography. I finally received my second half of the refund from the owner, on 7/12. But I would still like to warn others about my experience.
