I suffered discrimination and defamation from this company. Today 3/16/2024 i went through a very unpleasant situation at this company bardstown ky location. I was falsely acused of trying to make a straw purchase based just on asumptions not on facts. Nonetheless i was not trying to make a straw purchase i went to this store to buy a suppressor and waited in line almost 30 minutes and when it was almost my turn i was approached by a lady that claimed to be the store manager and she told me that she could not sell me a firearm because someone said to her that i received money from a person in the parking lot and that is a total lie as i walked inside as soon as i pull up to that parking lot. She refused to give any proof she refused to look at the cameras and when i told her that there must be a confusion she said that the description she got was my description. I don't even know if i should believe that story or if that was just an excuse to not sell me anything and i told her that i was not there to buy gun i was there to buy a suppressor. She refused to sell me anything even ammo. I felt very offended and i believe this is racially motivated since i'm hispanic. I'm very frustrated and i did not deserve to be treated like this i have been a customer for this company for about 8 years and i have spent thousands of dollars at this company. She accused me based on something thag she was told but she didn't even bother to find out the truth that i was not the person that some supposedly saw in the parking lot. Anyways i will not return to this business and i felt humiliated by that store manager. I was a frequent customer but not anymore this is not how you treat your customers i will spend my money somewhere else but the part that hurt me the most was the false accusations and the discrimination i received.

After waiting weeks and not receiving $200 worth of gift cards, I called to see if there was an issue. Ashley, was rude, insisted I received them by email, (1 was never sent to me), I told her I always got them by mail and want them by mail. I feel it's tacky to hand someone a gift card that is a piece of paper, she kept referring to "tacky" and that I should check my spam folder. When I checked my order, it said shipping to my address and charged me a $2.00 fee on each one for "shipping insurance". Her solution was someone would have to call me back because she can't help me on a Saturday. I never had an issue before, all my gift cards were always mailed as well as emailed. I guess it's okay to be on hold for 16 minutes and have your customer service person Ashley, give you an attitude and not resolve your issue. Thanks, I appreciate getting treated like cr*p!

Susan, thank you for reaching out regarding your recent order purchase with us. We greatly apologize for how you were treated on the phone. This past year we have resorted to emailing the gift cards which seemed to get to the customer much faster than the post office. The shipping insurance is optional on the website. It is usually to secure the package incase it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit. We still can send the gift cards in the mail if the customer pleases. Unfortunately we do not have a Ashley who works for us but I have conversed with my team to ensure we can provide the best customer service moving forward!

Simple, one of the best places to deal with. If you deal with online like I do, then KY is the place that makes things easy. They have always ship fast, play no games, customer service is always on it, and they do what they say. You will find the prices a little higher but what you get is what price they show when it's out of stock it will be that or lower. NEVER do they raise it! I deal with a few different companies when it comes to my firearms and KY has always been one the first places, I try to buy from first. A+

Also clothing, ammunition, and shooting accessories too......and they are amazing from their prices, shipping speed, products, and everything in between!! If I am looking for new firearm this is the 1st place I look or if I see one advertised elsewhere and want to see if the deal they have is that good I always reference it by checking KY Gun Company too. I highly recommend KY Gun Co. and is the first place I tell anyone at work or elsewhere to look or ask me where I get my firearms etc.... A+ isn't a high enough score for KY Gun Co. As they set the bar higher than the charts reach!!!

Found the item I'd been looking for at a price $500 less than local dealers and $100 less than anything else I'd seen online. Ordering, shipping and pickup were quick and smooth. I'll definitely be checking in for more deals in the future.
