Don’t buy any cars from AdvantEdge Quality Cars they will tell you that you can’t have the vehicle anywhere other than the address that you put on the contract.Review from Maria D

In November 2019
I got a 2018 ***** Grand Caravan to seat my 6 person large family. I got full coverage insurance through ********** and I got the *** insurance and a extended warranty from them. I was fully covered all the way around.
On April 4, 2020
My Daughter had a accident and totaled the van. Of course I called ********** and then called Advantage Auto to inform them. They. Said the van should be covered.. WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHOULD BE COVERED I HAD FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE WITH STATE FARM AND THE *** INSURANCE PLUS THE REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE CANCELATION OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. They said that they would cancel the extended warranty and get the reimbursement and contact the *** Insurance. I waited for days with no return call I started calling every day and was given the excuse that they had not heard of anything as of yet but they would call when they heard anything, but I kept calling every day they finally stopped taking my calls and said she would return my call when she had information for me. I called every few days just to try to check up on it but was given the same response SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK WHEN SHE HAS ANY INFORMATION.
No calls no letters no correspondence what so ever until today APRIL 1, 2022
April 1, 2022 I wake up to papers stuck to my front door ordering me to court on April 27, 2022. So I called Advantedge Auto to see what's up. They claim the *** coverage and reimbursement from the extended warranty did not cover the cost of the van and I owe the $2586.78 on the van. I asked why no one called and the new man handling it told me he supposedly called numerous time to no answer WRONG they never called. He then told me I must have moved because the letter they sent got sent back return to sender WRONG AGAIN I have not moved how would I have gotten served at the exact same address if I had moved. No calls were made and no letter was ever sent.
I go to court April 27th 2022 I am not going down without a fight.

It is understandable that Mrs. **** is upset at the current situation and Advantedge is willing to work with Mr. and Mrs. **** to rectify the situation
On April 6th, 2020 Advantedge was notified that the vehicle was in an accident but they were not sure if it was a total loss yet. A claim number was provided and Advantedge was waiting to hear from the claims adjuster. On the 7th the settlement was obtained and Advantedge sent the letter of guarantee to the insurance company. The settlement check from the insurance company was not received until May 7th. After the check was received the *** claim was immediately filed with ******. Between the time of the total loss in April and the time of the settlement in May, there were several communications between the ****s and Advantedge however we were in a waiting period at this point. The ****s were very communicative and showed willingness to ensure this was resolved.
Advantedge received the *** proceeds on May 18th, 2020. On June 13th, Advantedge mailed a confirmation of balance due to the ****s, notifying them of the remaining $2,630.98 due. As stated in the signed *** Waiver Addendum, the *** addendum may not cancel or waive the entire amount you owe at the time of loss. The letter was mailed to the address confirmed contractually to an address in Hutchinson, KS. There were subsequent letters mailed on July 8th 2020, and July 21st, 2020. There were also phone calls made to both phone numbers on file on June 24th, 29th, July 21st, 29th, August 12, and 28th, all 2020. Text messages were also sent on some of these dates to the cell number provided.
On October 6, 2021 certified letters were sent to both Mr. and Mrs. **** to the same address provided in Hutchison. These certified letters were returned 10/13 as "Return to Sender, Attempted not Known"
On November 17, 2021 the file was sent to an attorney's office for collection. The law office did locate a new address for the ****'s. Between November 2021 and April 2022, the law office mailed required correspondence to the updated address. After no reply, the law office did file a summons that was placed on their door to the new address.
Advantedge did make numerous attempts to contact the ****s regarding the balance. The law office also sent correspondence to the new address after November 17, 2021. It is not Advantedge' s intention to burden the ****s and are willing to postpone any court proceedings if they would like to make arrangements with the law office to pay the balance due at their convenience.

ADVANEDGE auto did not make any calls to my phone number or any other phone number. My phone number is still the same and still my number. They never called. Not a single peice of mail has shown up, I still live at the exact same address. I have not moved anywhere so there was no " having to find me" or "updating my address going on". I was not hard to find since I am still at the same address I have been at for 3 years now they dropped the ball completely on that one. If they had communicated with me this would not be where it is now in court. This company is shady, this could all have been handled alot better if they would have communicated with me I don't know why they are so well known for taking people to court over stupid things but I am going to find out . This did not have to be like this SIMPLE COMMUNICATION could have solved the entire problem. I will be contacting my postal carrier on this I am sure he is going to get a huge laugh out of this one but he he deserves a good laugh. THIS COMPANY HAS SHADY SHADY DEALINGS WITH PEOPLE AND CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CLIENTS IN ORDER TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. I do not know exactly what is going on but I will find out in courtAdvantEdge Quality Cars, LLC Response

As previously stated, we were not notified of an address change. Now that we have the correct address, and the attorney has been in contact with you, it is my understanding that you have reached out to them to work this out.
