I have had my vehicle from this company for over two years I have never missed or even been late on a payment once but I have lost my employment and this company refuses to allow me any kind of negotiation on my payments or deferment for a period to allow me to not have a repossession.Business response

We are sorry that we were not clear with *** ****** and an understanding of what he needed. *** ****** is a great customer and we will certainly work with him. We were not aware he had bee laid off. It is in no way our intention to make him feel that he would have to resort to repossession. We have been in contact with *** ****** and have worked out an arrangement. If *** ****** needs further assistance he can feel free to call and we will to assist him through this time.Initial Complaint

On february 15 2021, I made a deal with this dealership. I told them I would be back on the 19th with a check. I did that. After I left the lot I noticed that the owners manual and wind deflector were missing. I called them immediately. I spoke to the sales manager. He said he would look for the missing items and would contact me later. A week went past before I called him again. At this time he tells me that he will order me a manual but he could not replace the wind deflector because he didn't make any money on the deal. I told him that was part of the deal we had made and that he should replace it this is a $*** item. He made no effort to contact me he did however order me a manual which was not car specific. Attached is a copy of the ad that the salesman gave me which list the wind deflector. They need to take responsibility and by me the part that was missing. I have made several attempts to get them to make things right. They refuse.Business response

There is mention of an attachment that we do not have. Kaylee ****** of BBB emailed me on 7/27 that she would reach out to Ms. ******** to obtain this attachment. I have not received anything from the dealership. I don't know what information they want from me. They are aware of the missing items. I have the texts between Jared, the sales manager and myself, where I notified them of the missing items. I would be happy to provide anything the dealership request but I haven't heard from them . We would like a copy of that ad that was supposed to be attached to the claim. If there is not supposed to be an attachment, I need that clarification please so we can move forward with the claim.
