    I have attempted to cancel this account in person, and they continue to renew my membership and continue billing. I want it stopped now and no further billing.

    *** ******* agreement was cancelled.  We no longer charge his card.  *** ***** signed a 3 month membership agreement and provided a written acknowledgement he understood the 31 day cancellation policy.  Both the signed cancellation form and signed membership agreement are attached.  Once *** ***** gave notice and signed the  cancellation form we cancelled the membership.  This a  very straight -forward procedure.  Again, this membership has been cancelled and we are no longer charging his card.

    I had filled out a cancellation of my subscription to the StretchLab Wichita Kansas on April 7th. Giving them the 30 days notice they required in their contract. And emailed the form asking them to cancel my subscription on April 7th. However, on May 13th, Stretch Lab charge my HSA Credit Card in the amount of $192.43. I called on May 13th asking them to return the funds to my card. I also, emailed them asking them to return the funds to my card. The person on the phone said only the manager could to that. I checked again on May 27 to see if the funds were returned. They were not. I took a copy of the email and cancellation form to the StretchLab location, asking the concierge to return the funds. She said the manager had left and would not come back. And only the manager can return the funds. I check on May 31st the funds still have not been returned to my card. The manager of the the StretchLab has not reach out nor corrected the situation.
