I Paid $1,115 for a SIMPLE Viper alarm in a 28 year old Acura at 316 Customs....They Installed the alarm without connecting my Trunk trigger and did not install the the Hood Pin for the Remote Start.... Took it back to fix the issues and they installed the Hood Pin, but they jimmy rigged the light in the Trunk to my dome light so when I open any door, the Trunk Ajar Light on the Instrument Cluster comes on along the Door Ajar Light..... Took it back Again and they fixed the Trunk Trigger but now the Shock Sensor Is Not Working..... I will not be going back, I'll fix the shock sensor myself.... If you have them install ANY Alarm on your vehicle... Do Not Leave Till You Go Through The Checklist With Them Every Feature the Alarm Controls so that you don't waste your time going back, back and back again.....

Horrible business to do business with. They had a hard time figuring out how to install a keyless entry in my car. They had my car for 7 hours and couldn't figure out how to install the keyless entry. I had to make a second 100 mile round trip for them to finish the install. I figured we all have bad days and i decided to buy a stereo from them, for my truck and have them install it. I showed up for my appointment and was immediately told that they couldn't install my stereo because they sold it to another customer. Therefore i drove 100 miles round trip for nothing. They gave me 2 appointment reminders the day before and i confirmed my appointment. Then the owner had a terrible attitude when I called the next day. I was expecting them to apologize for these 2 horrible experiences but all I received was a serious attitude from the owner of the business. I would expect that if they sell my stereo to another customer, that they would call me and reschedule. Horrible customer service and all around experience from this business. Deeply disappointed.
