              I have been buying shoes from Payless for 25 years. For me and my five children. Never had size issue. I bought two ************ shoes from their collection and I could barley put my foot in the shoes. Since the description didn't say they ran small I bought my regular size. I asked Payless for a return label and they gave me many excuse and were adamant and said no. For me to send, I went to ship and it ** for shipping. That's the price of one of the shoes. I'll be loosing money for shoes I cannot wear. I explained this to them they said no again. I said I was disappointed in their business and was told to keep my comment to myself or to my family. I have the emails if needed. Then I asked if I can take to a store but couldn't to the store that was close to me and was told since I cannot take to a store to send it back for a refund. Which I assumed was a full refund for my shipping cost since we had discussed previously. They didn't return the shipping cost. They didn't charge shippin
