This agency has refused to honor my receipt and invoice for the 2wks despite the fact that a full payment has been made.I spoke with April several times and also requested for a supervisor.

********************************** They bring up expired or false information in attempt to take your money. Once one starts asking them questions, they go after your bank accounts. They are stealing people's money and getting away with it!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star !! They are very unprofessional and rude and don't let you know who they are when they call your phone and they do not leave messages. The only way I found out anything about this bill was when a woman showed up to my door with a summons for court. So I called this supposed company and made a payment arrangement in the amount of a $100 then another $100 then the last $118 sent 2 days before my supposed court date and they agreed. The day of my court date I called them to make sure that everything was OK and they informed me it was not because they did not have the payment that I sent physically in their hands!! So they then told me very rudely they don't control the mail and its not their problem . They then said you should have paid with a card....I said when I first spoke about this debt you guys told me to mail my check to the address on the court summons!! Nothing was ever said about being able to pay online!! So now I filled a dispute in court about the court fees and extra cost that I have and will increase due to all these lies and shady shady business ways!! I'm also going to contact an attorney to see if something can be done! These people are committing a crime when they don't operate correctly and take more money then was needed by lying and stretching the truth😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
