      This involves my home that was new construction. We have been in the home for almost 4 months. There are still items that need to be addressed. The first item is the builder installed a wrong interior door. The second item is the damaged threshold on the front door needs to be replaced. The third: no external plumbing for sump pump - just a pipe that sticks straight out of the house. Water shoots out into the yard and has caused damage to lawn. Fourth: no top soil under sod Fifth: trim paint spilled on wood floors in kitchen. This happened when painter was touching up trim after final walk through. There are a few other items as well. My biggest complaint is that Greg Mannis (GM) will not return my call or text. I have requested these items be fixed and I get no response from him.During the build process greg would call or text but now the job is complete he has vanished. We closed in April and didn’t have sod or landscaping for 3 weeks and had to battle the mud and dirt.

      The sod was not installed until 3 weeks after closing due to weather. We had a lot of rain. He mentioned he was fighting mud which means we can't put the sod down. Once the weather cleared up, we put it in.

      All of his warranty items are being worked on right now.  The interior door, we corrected it and have ordered the correct one

      The damaged threshold piece had to be ordered. It took awhile to come in and then wrong one came in so we had to reorder but it's been fixed.

      I'm not sure what happened with the external plumbing.  

      I had to block his number because he was sending rude texts to me at 9 & 10 pm. We have a correct path to follow for warranty items and he had all of that information. I couldn't take the rude texts anymore so I had to block his number. I let him know my kid saw the text and we would get to his warranty items as soon as possible and he told me to "do better."

      I asked if he emailed our warranty service and he said yes but they had no emails from him. We have since made contact and all of the items are fixed besides the door because we are still waiting on that.  

      Long story short, we couldn't get the proper communication form him. He was very rude and very vulgar. He cussed me out on the phone before we even had the contract and I told him we shouldn't work together but then he apologized three days later and said he was just having a bad day so I agreed to do the job.

      He didn't switch the water service into his name. We got a bill for it and let him know, he said he wasn't going to pay it. Our contract states we will not perform a warranty service if he owes us money. He finally paid us for that but it did delay the warranty work.
