      I bought 3 ******* collars for my dogs 2large and 1small. Not one of them worked. It cost me $206.99 for all 3. My dogs got fleas so bad. We have had to bomb my house 3 times and had groomer flea dip my dogs. Do not buy these collars they don’t work. Never again.

      I gave my Cats Bayer Advantage ii and one cat had a severe allergic reaction and the other experienced a mild reaction so far

      I bought 3 small dog Seresto collars for my Yorkies. I have been using this product for several years on my dogs. This year was different. One of my dogs necks got completely raw from the collar within days! The other 2 dogs were acting weird so we just took the collars off and threw them away! I spent $180! Just to throw them in the trash! Thank goodness my dogs didn't die! I will never use this product again! ****** ***

      I bought the Seresto collars for my large, male dogs (a husky and a boxer mix) after a recommendation from my neighbor. The dogs wore them for a few weeks. My male husky (age 3) had a seizure! In June, august and November of 2021, he experienced 3 seizures after using a chewable flea/tick control medication through our vet. Since many of these “medications” contain pesticides, they can cause seizures. Our husky had NOT had ANY seizures since November 2021 until we used the Seresto collar! We have removed the collars from our dogs, wish to inform others who may be in a similar situation, and would like a full refund for 2 large collars. Thank you.

      My 7 year old pure breed Weimraner died wearing a Seresto Collar. after the fact i have found thatThere have been many write ups and investigations into this collar. Thousands of dogs have died due to wearing the Seresto Flea and Tick Collar. It needs to be removed from the shelves and people educated on the use of them!!! Please Help!!!

      I bought 1 large dog collar paid $64.98 @ vet and bought 2 cat collars for $35 apiece for them 3 weeks they have had them on and I have got flea and ticks off all 3 animals. I did not save my receipt b/c I trusted that they would work as they have years before. They have not worked at all and cannot afford to purchase other ones this year....

      I bought a Bayer Seresto collar for my cat. I was careful to be sure it was a BAYER collar & not a 'fake' one. My cat began scratching his ear immediately. The collar was on for two days & he developed a wound. I took the collar off and it began to get better. I have photos of the wound and my receipt. I paid $55 for the collar & would like a refund of my money, providing the wound heals and I don't have to take my cat to the vet. I would like a refund as soon as possible!

      On December 2, 2021 I searched online and found Seresto outlet store selling pet Flea and Tick Collars. I put an order for one pet collar and paid the amount via ******. As of today I have not received any confirmation, any email, or tracking number for my order. I emailed this business twice and requested update and also asked if they could refund my money however, no one has contacted me yet. Attachment is the only order confirmation that I have received from my ****** account.

      October 7 2021 I went to pet supplies plus and bought a seresto collar for $59.99 for a dog. The collar does not work it does not help or get rid of fleas and I want a refund

      I bought the seresto flea collar at ******* ****** on 10/26/21, follow directions from employee and instructions on collar. I bath my dog changed his bedding and put on collar. I also vacuum and mopped the house. The itching never stopped. I called the store back was told give a couple days. Still to this my dog is itching. Today 11/20/21 i went back to store was told to get ahold of the company. After paying $60.00 for this collar plus buying a fogger and spot n crevice spray, this is all a waste of $105.97. I want this matter resolved . Why advertise something that does not work, and so hard to get ahold of someone to put in a complaint. I want a refund
