            Hello, I placed an order with mpix on March 29, 2023. My order included a 16x24 poster print. It arrived in the mail and the paper was MUCH thinner than I expected. The print was taped to the cardboard and despite my efforts at gently removing it, two of the corners tore. I reached out to mpix to have the item replaced as their website states that they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and will reprint an item for free if the customer is not satisfied. I was satisfied with the images but not the quality of the paper they printed it on OR the way they taped it to the cardboard making it nearly impossible to retrieve it in one piece. However, they claimed that my product is not eligible for free reprint and will only offer me **% off or free shipping, not both. I do not understand why they can say they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee if they will not replace my order when I am not satisfied with the product they provided. I think their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is very misleading.

            Poor customer service. Will not honor sales with less than 24hrs, will not cancel an order prior to it being shipped, will only refund 50% of order if returned (even though requested cancellation prior to shipping). No reason to support a business that would rather lose a repeat customer over $20 when there are endless competitors that offer the same, if not better, service in both quality and price.
