On March 30th 2023 I went to victory Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle I put 22,000 down as a down payment I test drove car everything was fine the car lot did a inspection said it was a issue with a water pump but that’s it they “fixed” the car it was shipped to me 4 days later I drove the car and it was a lot of mechanical issues going on I took it to a dodge dealership paid $700 for a full inspection it was $8800 worth of work that needed to be done , I called the dealership victory where I purchased the car they picked the car up at dodge dealership a month later, kept it for another month claiming they fixed it I got it back the end of may the same day i received car it was still not fixed . Today June 6th 2023 I took it to get tagged I never received a title. Roughly a week later victory sent it in the mail so I could get it registered. Victory did help pay $500-$800 to get the dodge Durango out the shop however I still didn’t get a chance to drive the truck it went back to the shop I spoke with ***** ********* about the amount due which was $1900 he told me to pay it drive the Durango down to the car lot to trade it off with a different car & he would refund me the $1900 I spent to get it out of the shop soon as I got down to victory car lot I chose a Cadillac Escalade. They told me they did a inspection and everything checked out OK ***** ********* was not there and I asked ***** which was the sales guy that helped me with the trade in about my refund of the $1900 and told me to get back with me the next day. So I signed all my papers and I took the truck home. I spoke with someone that very next day ***** ********* refused to give me my $1900 back after promising me that he would refund me that money. I’ve had issues with the Cadillac Escalade, so September 23 I took it to the car lot. A lot of things was wrong with the escalate to warranty did cover $2000 but I am left with $3100 to pay . In the near future future, I will have to come out of more money due to other things being wrong with it but I cannot afford to get it fixed. I would like to get the $20,000 that I put down at first, money I spent on repairs & the car payments I’ve paid since I’ve had both cars.
