            On 2/8/23 My wife and I went to Metcalf Auto to look at cars she was able to obtain a car. All was good for 48 hours then the problems started. The car starting popping when making turns, being loud and started leaking. On Monday I went back up to Metcalf and spoke to ***** her salesman he sent me down the street to the auto shop to get a scan they stated the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. ***** made her an appointment on February 20th with the service department at Metcalf were all they did was state nothing was wrong it only needed to be reset. All the problems still exist, and the car is very loud when you accelerate and is leaking constantly. Nothing seems to have gotten addressed we would like the problems fixed right not patched up.

            I called to let them know I was $9 short on my payment and if they can just add it to my next payment. I also told them the $261.00 is the very last of the money I literally have and I don't know how I'm going to even feed my child until I get paid again. I was told by one of the account managers if I have $261.00 then I have $270.00. Then was told they will give me an additional 2 days to come up with $10. They denied to take my payment of $261.00 and told me they will not accept it unless it's paid in full. I then told them any $10 I get up until the day I get paid I have to try and feed my child with that. They don't care anything for their customers or even willing to help their customers in a tough time.
