DO NOT order Bushnell products. If you have any problems, customer services will not help. I've emailed them, called them and as normal, which happened today, their customer service phone number is "not taking any calls" due to the "queue being full." Adding to this, their customer service is only open 5 hours a day, from 9 am to 2 pm CST. What a joke of a business. I now have two cellular cameras that do not work and I cannot see any pictures from these cameras. Absolute waste of money. Peter B*** ******** **

Leaving an extremely positive review here. I purchased a bushnell scout **** rangefinder with arc technology, which I think might have been brand new then, back in 2008. It has been in and out of my golf bag, dropped out of the tree on more occasions than I'd like to admit, and this thing has never stopped working. Just took it out of my hunting bag to put in my golf bag once again. That's what prompted this review. Obviously been a great product with me. So, thank you bushnell for my great experience! Which isn't even over yet!!!

I sent my Bushnell binoculars Sportsman 10/42 for repair. Both of the eye pieces would not tighten down. They would continue to rotate rotate and rotate and become loose and I could not focus on what I was looking at. Sent the binoculars to Bushnell. I received a letter back about six days later telling me that they were dropped and damaged and that they were non-repairable and offered me a $10 gift card towards the purchase of another pair of binoculars.I called BS on that since both eyepieces would not completely sink down.The binoculars were not dropped. I reached out to Bushnell by phone and they told me there was nothing that they would do. I did send Bushnell another letter and told them that I wanted the binoculars replaced. I received information back from them again and they said NO!I tried to send an email to the owner of the company and you cannot do that with Bushnell. In this day and age of poor customer service and taking care of the customer from a number of companies is gone by the wayside to include Bushnell here. I will never buy another Bushnell product again. I am an avid sportsman hunter and fisherman both here in the US and ******. And I have already advocated my dissatisfaction to a number of my sportsman friends here in the US and in ******. My new binoculars today or Nikon.Bushnell thank you for dissing me. This has opened my eyes.Miles.

Bushnell **************** is AWFUL! They do not return emails and do not call to discuss your options! When you send one piece of garbage back to them they send you another piece of CHINESE made garbage! I will NO LONGER buy or recommend Bushnell Optics as I did in the past! BUSHNELL should have stuck with QUALITY JAPANESE made rifle scopes on their lower end models and or ***************! DO NOT SEND A GOOD SCOPE in or youll get a piece of JUNK in return! At least LEUPOLD has AMERICAN PRIDE AND AMERICAN MADE affordable rifle scopes! Bushnell should SELL OUT TO A REPUTABLE person!

I've had multiple bushnell high end products over my long hunting ************* of those was a pair of Fusion rangefinder binoculars that I recently sent in for some warranty work. The lenses had become blurry, and after speaking with customer service they told me they would be sending me a new pair. I really just wanted to get mine fixed. So was blown away with this action as these were +$1000 binoculars. I just wanted to leave this review as it's nice to see an **************** that's still out there standing behind their product and taking care of their customers!

The worst customer service . 36x bausch lomb scope with a broken crosshair. Said they couldn't fix it and would give me a 25% off code so i could replace it. THATS BS. time to spend my money with leupold . I know they back there product.
