    First time in the shop was 7/6/22- 11/22 due to lack of power and slipping transmission we were told it was fixed. Then it went to the shop again due slipping transmission and clanking noises, it went back to the shop on 2/1/23 -4/11/23. On 4/20/23 the truck would not go into gear and was sent back to the shop. I bought this truck on 1/30/21 and the truck has been in the shop more than I have driven. This truck was a buy back for this issue which we were told it was fixed. Now the car fax is so long that no one will buy this truck back. The car lot wanted to give me a new truck but add this truck to the price so I would still be paying for a truck that I can not drive. How many times is a lemon suppose to be paid for?

    Bar none my worst auto purchase and experience ever! They tout that they are a one price shop then drop a $499 admin fee. I was sent 2 emails that said they were a one price dealership. When I inquired about it they pointed to the fine print. The disclaimer that makes bold face lies ok . There was a rather large scuff on the rear quarter. I asked about it and the finance manager said and I quote "you are going to nickel and dime us to death. I didn't get one cent of discount and even had to pay for a second set of keys plus the admin fee. I was at a loss as I was the one being nickel and dimed. $499 admin fee $250 for a 2nd key and fob and the fuel tank was even on less than a quarter tank. Every car I have ever purchased came with a full tank. When we were done the sales person handed me a temp tag and I left. I almost drove away with the used dealer tag. I had no idea it was on the car. The sales person came running out and told me they would have to report it stolen. Keep in mind they have all my contact info and could have just called. A little harsh considering they didn't offer to change the tag or even tell me it was a dealer tag on the car. I emailed 3 days after the sale and asked when the key fob and key would be in. I was told on the 15th, which would 10 days after the purchase. They told me they would let me know if that date changed. 17 days after the sale I called and was told the fob was on back order and claimed covid issues. I called 2 other dealerships and was told they were plentiful and in stock. I called back and told them I had waited long enough and told them they could be purchased locally form a different dealership. They again stated they were on back order and they had no control over the current issues the country was facing. I told them I just needed to return the car as they were in breach of contract. The found a brand spanking key fob and key 5 minutes later. The dealership is 200 miles round trip.
